I like xmas, but im already sick to death of bloody xmas songs,
I have 2 music channels on the box and all they play in DEC IS xmas songs.
The old folk love it, but i find it demotivational to train too. :?

I would have to agree, even though I bring in my mp3 player, I can't train to xmas songs, they do not get you in the right frame of mind.

I agree. I have to listen to some awesome pumping sounds to get me going. I may be older but I love my trance music!

Especially that bloody marching song. Cant remember what its called but really gets on my nerves.

My missus used to be a waitress, and over XMAS they used to have one CD with about 8 songs on it, playing repeat. By the end of the night she was nearly chucking herself out of the window :D

They are the last thing I want to hear when trying to get motivated in the gym.

It needs to be something with some kind of beat, bass and tempo.

As a gym owner i have to try and be diplomatic,
we have mostly women and senior citizens [old gits :) ] in the morning,
So i usually put a music channel on.
Come the Evening, its usually house, trance cds.

If i ever train behind closed doors, its AC/DC or Uplifting house very loud with BASSSS!!!!!
