I can't say I notice what music is playing when I'm training. It drove me crazy when I was on the WABBA course last week though, I seem to have every single christmas song stuck in my head :dizzy

I like stuff I can sing along to! General poppy stuff with a good uplifting feel and a strong beat. Don't like all the real aggressive stuff with lots of swearing and bang, bang, bang! End up leaving the gym with a headache!
